Interview with Clemson Football’s Tre Williams
Tre came to MADISON., asking for us to create a logo for his own brand as soon as the NCAA first enacted their NIL laws. Tre will use this logo for the remainder of his Clemson career and for his future football career. I interviewed Tre asking him questions regarding his brand, life, advice, and how the NIL has impacted his life.

Madison Bronson brings a powerful combination of experience and passion to the business marketing process. Madison was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina when she was in middle school. She graduated from James F. Byrnes High School in 2016 and attended Clemson University. Madison graduated from Clemson University in 2019 with a major in political science and minor in communications. Since graduating, she now is part of the Harvard Business School Global Community and takes classes at Harvard Business School Online to further her education. She is a member of the Miami Chapter of the Harvard Business School Online Organization. Madison is certified in both Google Analytics and Ads.

MADISON.the brand was formed after Madison graduated college from Clemson University in December of 2019. In 2020, COVID-19 hit the US and it was an extremely difficult time for any college graduate to get a job as many companies were not hiring, or laying staff off due to the worldwide pandemic. She remembers going to interviews and the company loving her, then being unable to hire her due to the uncertainty that the company will even make it out of COVID. Madison took this as an opportunity to grow within and realized that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the digital marketing space, leading to an overall increase in its importance and usage. With lockdowns, social distancing measures, and restrictions on physical businesses, consumers turned to online channels for their shopping, entertainment, and communication needs. This shift created a higher demand for digital marketing strategies to reach and engage with customers in their homes. With more time spent at home, people turned to social media platforms for entertainment, connection, and information. This surge in social media usage created new opportunities for businesses to engage with their target audience through social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation. Data and analytics became even more critical during the pandemic as businesses needed insights into changing consumer behaviors and preferences. Digital marketing provided an abundance of data that allowed businesses to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and personalize their marketing efforts. The digital market space changed and many companies had to switch digitally and change the way they market themselves as online sales increased, online presence increased, and companies who have not had a digital footprint knew they needed to change to digital marketing to keep their company afloat during the pandemic. So, MADISON.the brand launched. Madison saw the opportunity that she had in the pandemic as she was able to network and grow companies that did not have a digital presence and began completely changing the way small businesses marketed themselves and their products. Now, MADISON.the Brand helps companies create a digital empire and help businesses reach their target audience, promote their offerings effectively, and ultimately contribute to business growth, profitability, and long-term success.

My life experience growing up has significantly impacted my career as I learned from my parents how to work hard to get to where you want to be. Growing up, my mom was a school teacher and my dad was a paramedic. My dad had to take on a second job to be able to provide for our family. Fortunately with their hard work, my dad received an opportunity at a company and our family was able to live comfortably. I was able to see my parents commitment and dedication to my sister and I and saw how hard they worked so that has been extremely inspiring to me. I knew that I wanted to hustle and work hard so I can not only provide for myself, but provide for my whole family now that I have the opportunity to. My biggest role model is my Grandmother, Pat Hanson. She always believed in me and knew that I had what it takes to run my own company and be successful at it. She was my biggest supporter and I have always admired her hustle as a young girl. She grew up having a very rough childhood in Chicago, but she never let her situation stop her from following her dreams and ambitions. She was the most intelligent, daring, and passionate woman I have known and I promised her before she passed away that I will make her proud and I live to achieve that day by day.
